Obituary: Eva Riccio, 90, of East Haven
Eva was an active member of St. Vincent de Paul Ladies Guild where she participated in many of their functions and trips, which she loved.

Eva Riccio 90 of East Haven passed away on June 29, 2017 at the Apple Rehab in Guilford. She was born August 8, 1926 in New Haven to Ascanio and Catherine Riccio. Eva is survived by two sisters, Delores Krebs (James) of East Haven, Mildred Epstein (widow of Arnold Epstein) of Branford and a sister-in-law, Rosemary Riccio of Madison along with numerous nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings; Gertrude DiAdamo, Angelina Riccio, Gloria Sawchuck, Margaret Sciarra, Edward Riccio, Arthur Riccio and Daniel Riccio.
Eva was an active member of St. Vincent de Paul Ladies Guild where she participated in many of their functions and trips, which she loved. She was employed by the East Haven Board of Education for many years.

She then went to work at the Hospital of St. Raphael’s Dietary Dept. The Riccio family would like to thank all the staff and nurses at Apple Rehab in Guildford for their kind and compassionate care.
All services are private with Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave. East Haven with burial at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Eva Riccio.
