Jessie Caturano Caruso 87, of East Haven beloved wife of the late Anthony Caruso passed away on October 13, 2017 in Apple Rehab Guilford. Loving mother of Linda Caruso of East Haven and Carol (Stephen) McGovern of Northford and the late Karen Caruso and Anthony Caruso Jr. Grandmother of Stephen M. Jr and Jordan McGovern. Sister of Salvatore Caturano of Arizona and the late James and Gerald Caturano. Sister -in- law of Dolores Caturano of Middletown.

Jessie was born in New Haven on July 30, 1930 daughter of the late Alphonse and Anna Capone Caturano. Prior to her retirement Jessie worked in the Quality Control Department for Robby Len Company. She was also a Eucharistic Minister for Our Lady of Pompeii Church and an East Haven Republican Town Council Member and an avid N.Y Yankee fan.

Her funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven WEDNESDAY morning at 10:30 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call WEDNESDAY morning from 8:30 A.M. to 10: 30 A.M.
