Lorraine Gargano Venditto, 83, of East Haven and Port St. Lucie, FL passed away July 3, 2017 in the St. Raphael Campus surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late Michael G. Venditto, Sr. Beloved mother of Lucille (Vincent) Grasso and Michael G. (Maryann) Venditto, Jr. all of East Haven and Peter (Laura) Venditto of Bradenton, FL.

Loving grandmother of Matthew (Diana) Venditto, Greg, Michael and Jeff Venditto, Nicholas (Lauren) Grasso, Michelle Grasso and Jennifer (Al) Lamptey. Cherished great grandmother of Cadence, Adelaide, and Beckett and Lucas Totoritis-Venditto. Daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Saffiotti Gargano. Sister of Mary Sabellico of West Haven, Anne D'Acunto and Robert Gargano of East Haven, Henry Gargano of Whitestone, NY and the late Grace Perricone, Rocco, Ralph, Raymond, Edward, Frederick, Joseph and Gennaro Gargano.

Prior to her retirement in 1996 Lorraine was an Administrator for Yale University for 25 years. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt who had a tenacious spirit and love for her family.

Her funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte 80) East Haven Saturday morning at 8:30.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Vincent DePaul Church at 9:00. Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
