Lynne C. Kelly (Irish) 64 of East Haven, formerly of Chester, passed away July 9, 2017 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was born November 21, 1952 in Gardner, Maine to Alfred and Vivian (Darke) Irish. Lynne is survived by her loving husband of over 40 years, George Kelly and two children, Linda Jackson (John) of New Haven and George Kelly Jr. of East Haven along with a sister, Trudy Faulkingham of Old Saybrook.

Lynne is preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Irish. She also leaves behind her beloved dogs Dixie, Daisy, Buddy and Speedy. She attended Valley Regional H.S. After starting her family, she worked at GBR in Chester for many years.

She loved cooking for her family and was an avid race fan. She was a loving soul who would give you the shirt off her back. Her vivacious personality, beautiful smile, contagious laugh, kindness and love will be dearly missed.
