Obituary: ​Nancy Ann Esposito Robertson, 69, of East Haven

Nancy Ann Esposito Robertson of East Haven died Monday September 11, 2017 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Kevin W. Robertson. Nancy was born in New Haven, July 17, 1948, daughter of the late Alfred and Kathryn Esposito.

She worked in banking for some time, and then became a hairdresser, working at Montowese Health Care and The Hearth of Branford. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Renee (Patrick) Fontana of Westport and Lisa Simonelli of East Haven; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Kathryn, Kennedy and Patrick, III; and her sister Lorraine Aquavita of West Haven. Her family would like to thank the staff at the Smilow Cancer Hospital for the compassionate care given to Nancy during her final illness.

Visiting hours will be Thursday evening from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 10:00 in St. Michael Church, 29 Wooster Place, New Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
