Obituary: Rebecca Ann Buecher, 56, of East Haven
A devoted caregiver, cosmetologist, skier, camper, kayaker, artist, mother, sister, wife and friend, she had a wild spirit and kind heart.

Rebecca Ann Buecher 56, of East Haven, passed away October 6, 2021 from injuries sustained in a car accident.
She was born August 24, 1965 in San Bernardino, CA to Gilbert and Maxine Miller. She was the loving wife of Steve Buecher, dedicated mother of Veronica Buecher, and loyal caretaker to Timmy. She is survived by her sisters, Pam Pendarvis, Debi Zendejas (Paul), brother, Dennis Miller (Dyann), and step-mother, Sharon Miller as well as many nieces and nephews.

Becky graduated from Vogue College of Cosmetology in Colorado Springs, CO and worked for several years as a hair stylist until she found her calling as a caregiver specializing in Alzheimer's disease therapy. Becky spent her early years competitive roller skating and carving up Lake Mead with her slalom ski. Becky was an avid camper and kayaker, traveling the US with her husband. Becky was known for being kind-hearted, energetic and for having a wild spirit, she lit the room up when she entered. She was well known for her innovative and artistic craft projects.
A caregiver, cosmetologist, competitive roller skater, skier, camper, kayaker, mother, sister, wife and friend, she had a wild spirit and a kind heart.

Family will receive friends from 11 A.M. until the time of a brief service at 1 P.M. on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven.
Burial will be private.
