Sean was truly one of a kind—a man who lived life fully, took chances, and embraced every moment with energy and heart. He was a risk-taker in the best sense, always chasing the next opportunity, always believing in what could be. With a Master’s degree in Business, Sean had a sharp mind and an entrepreneurial spirit, constantly searching for the next great idea.

But above all else, Sean was a devoted and proud father. His boys were his world—his greatest joy, his purpose, and his pride. He loved them to the moon and beyond, and everything he did was rooted in that love. Whether he was coaching their teams, cheering from the sidelines, or simply spending time together, Sean showed up fully, with encouragement, strength, and unwavering support.

Sean had a deep love for sports, especially baseball. A die-hard Boston Red Sox fan, he carried that passion into coaching, sharing his knowledge, enthusiasm, and love of the game with the kids he mentored. He didn’t just teach them how to play—he taught them how to believe in themselves.

He found joy in life’s simple pleasures—playing darts, taking walks, and spending time at the beach. Wherever he was, Sean brought warmth with him. His smile was contagious, lighting up every room, and his laughter had a way of melting hearts and lifting spirits. Being around Sean made everything feel a little lighter, a little better.

Sean will be remembered for his big heart, his fearless spirit, his love of family, and the joy he brought to everyone lucky enough to know him. Though he is gone too soon, his memory will live on in the lives he touched, in the lessons he shared, and most of all, in the hearts of his boys.

Family will receive friends on Sunday March 29, 2026 from 2 to 5 PM in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday March 30 at 10 AM in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 174 Main Street, Cheshire CT with Committal to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill CT. He is deeply loved and will be forever missed.
