Woman Stuck On Snow Between Car And House: Firefighters Free Her

East Haven firefighters responded this morning to a woman who fell on the snow in her driveway and could not get up.

EAST HAVEN, CT -East Haven firefighters responded this morning to a woman who fell on the snow in her driveway and could not get up. The woman was trapped between her house and a car.

East Haven Firefighters said this on Facebook about the incident:

Squad 1 manned by FF Joseph Ciscone and FF Mike Cieplak along with Car 4 BC Rob Celentano respond to a call this morning on Estelle Road.

They were dispatched to a report of a woman who fell in her driveway that was not injured but couldn’t get up from the snow. Upon arrival BC Celentano found a woman that slide between the house and a vehicle and became wedged.

As Squad 1 pulled up BC Celentano requested the Paratek Multiforce Airbag. With the help of the AMR Crew the airbag was carefully used to push the vehicle away from the house and free the patient. She suffered no injuries.
