• Ellington Seeks Business Donations For Fire Station HVAC Replacement (patch.com) — Ellington officials are urging local businesses to help fund a new heating and cooling system at Fire Station 243 through Connecticut's 2026 Neighborhood Assistance Act. Approved donations between at least $250 and up to $20,000 can qualify for a 100 percent state business tax credit, but companies must file Form NAA-02 online by Oct. 1 and receive authorization before contributing.
