Dental Checkup for the Somers Cooperative Preschool

Registered dental hygienist Lori Pike recently stopped by the Somers Cooperative Preschool to teach the students the importance of dental care. 

She enthusiastically played games with the children to demonstrate proper brushing and flossing techniques. As seen in the picture, Lori dressed the children as teeth and brushed them.

Lori also read them a story and taught them how proper nutrition affects their dental health. 

The children were very excited and truly enjoyed the visit!
