Ellington's Trucking Mud Fest Saturday 9/22/2012

The day kicked off at noon with trucks and people anxiously waiting. Spectator parking consisted of a massive plowed down cornfield. It looked like a mile long line of trucks waiting to give it a try.

There were 2 pits - one for tough trucks and the other for only the toughest trucks. All trucks were hooked up in case they could not make it through, they would be towed back to the beginning.

Some trucks made it 10 feet, others to the end, others just mere inches to the end. Some still ran after, while others did not or a tire or two was then disabled.

It was an enjoyable day of good ole' Ellington fun!
