Ellington Farmers Market To Host Three December Markets
Over 30 vendors will participate in three holiday markets. Shop local farm and food products and artisan wares. Weekly guest vendors.
The Ellington Farmers' Market is hosting three holiday markets in December at Ellington High School, 37 Maple St. from 9:00am-11:00am
- December 4- Winterfest Market
- December 11th-Holiday Extravaganza #1
- December 18th-Holiday Extravaganza #2
Each market hosts over 30 vendors bringing a wide variety of local farm and food products and artisan wares. A complete list of full time vendors can be found on the Market website. Additional guest vendors and be seen on the market schedule.
Ellington Farmers Market is a non-profit 501c3 dedicated to supporting local farmers and food producers and ensuring low income families, seniors and WIC recipients are able to obtain healthy foods. Over $20,000 has been distributed this season to needy families through matching SNAP and Farmers Market Nutrition Program vouchers.
