Ellington Girls' Soccer Coach Resigns

Melissa Morgan-Hostetler had two impressive seasons with the Knights after 16 years at South Windsor.

Melissa Morgan-Hostetler has resigned as girls’ soccer coach at Ellington High School, the Sports Department newspaper reported.

She cited a full workload between her job and her upcoming Master’s degree program as reasons for her departure.

A former all-state player for the Knights, Morgan-Hostetler coached for 16 years at South Windsor High School before assuming the Ellington job in 2013.
