Ellington Golf Takes Down Bolton

On Monday afternoon, the Ellington High School golf team defeated visiting Bolton 164-185.

Ellington's Jeff Bird was the medalist with a 37. Jon McPartland shot a 41, Drew Brennan shot a 42, Kyle Gresh shot a 43, Greg Ussery shot a 44, and Ali Larew shot a 48.

For Bolton, Colin Corderro shot a 44, Nate Goldsnider shot a 45, Chandler Oliver shot a 46, and Cam Earl and Ben Phalen each shot a 50.

The match was played at Ellington Ridge Country Club.

Ellington (7-0, 6-0) will host Tolland on Tuesday. Bolton (2-3, 2-3) will host Rockville on Wednesday.
