The Ellington Parks & Recreation Department and several Triathletes will be hosting the 3rd Annual Ellington Triathlon at Crystal Lake on July 17, 2011 (raindate July 24.)
The course will consist of a quarter-mile swim in Crystal Lake, a 12-mile bike course in the country and a moderately flat 3.1-mile run around the lake. Proceeds from the 2011 Ellington Triathlon wi1l support local charities in Ellington.
Each race registrant will receive snacks, beverages, race bag, T-shirt and a water bottle.
