3rd annual Ride for a Cure Bike Run

"Ride for a Cure" is an annual bike run in Somers that benefits the American Lung Association of the Northeast. The ride is in memory of Bill Doyer, an active community member who lost his battle with lung cancer in 2009.

Registration begins at noon at the , located at 430 South Road. The ride will begin at 1.pm. with entertainment to start at 4 p.m. Tickets are just $20; you do not need a bike to take part, the whole family can still enjoy food, fun and entertainment by FATE and M&M Entertainment.

The evening includes a dinner buffet, cash bar, door prize, 50/50 drawing, and a variety of other raffles and contests.
