CHARLIE’s Ride – Cardiac Health Advocates Remembering Loved-ones Impacted Everywhere – has a three-fold objective: 1-to increase awareness about prevention strategies for heart disease; 2- remember the thousands impacted by heart disease; and 3-raise funds for Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
There are more than 80 million Americans living with some form of cardiovascular disease, and cardiovascular disease causes 1 out of every 2 deaths in America. Please help us to save lives in Connecticut!
