The Friends of the Library (FOL) operate a new &amp; used book store in the basement of the library...the Book Cellar. We have a room full of books for you to peruse. We carry adult and children's fiction and non-fiction, cds, dvds, audio books and puzzles.  Prices range from 25 cents to $1.50.  Our hours are Monday evening 6:30-8 p.m., Thursday afternoon 2:30-4:30p.m., Saturday 10- noon and Sunday 2-4. Please note the Library is closed Sundays during the summer. All proceeds benefit  Hall Memorial...your library!

James M. Long photographed the Mt. Tom Ski Area and researched its history to assemble a book which seeks to celebrate the Ski Area’s legacy and impact on the community by examining its past and present through both the camera’s eye and historical record.
Over 100 original photographs plus 175+ pull quotes from regional newspapers illustrate and celebrate the lasting contributions that the Daniel J. O’Connell family and everyone associated with the success of the Ski Area accomplished.&nbsp;
The book was published in February of 2026 and is available at regional independent booksellers, and mttomskibook.com. 
A book launch will be held at the DCR Holyoke Heritage State Park Visitor's Center on May 2nd from 1-3pm. No admission or RSVP required.

Bid Remotely or In-Person starting May 9th
·Purchase an In-Person Ticket.&nbsp;&nbsp;In Person Tickets include Food and are limited! Tickets can be purchased directly on our event site, at the church office, or after weekend Masses.
·Purchase a Remote Ticket – If you, friends, or family would like to participate in the auction remotely but will not be able to attend. Items purchased remotely can be picked up after the event in our Church Office.
