A Family Ice Fishing Class will be held at the Crystal Lake School on January 4 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The class is sponsored by the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection and Crystal Lake Outfitters. The class will be conducted by certified Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection Aquatic Resources Education instructors. Participants will be taught about equipment, bait, techniques, terminology, rules and regulations, as well as ethics and sportsmanship , and where to fish and which type of fish might be caught.
