All's Wool that Ends Wool is the theme at this weeks Ellington Farmers' Market Saturday May 18th, from 9-12. Highlights include a sheep shearing demonstration at 10:00 by Palmer Farm of Tolland followed by a demonstration of shearing an Angora rabbit by Woolybuns. Fido's Fiber will be on hand to show how they can spin your dogs fur into yarn! Children will be able to felt soap at Clear Mountain Alpaca. Spinning and carding demonstrations will be ongoing throughout the day and a large variety of yarns, roving, knitted and woven product will be available for sale. Come on down to meet your neighbors and friends, while enjoying a coffee, sticky bun, and musical entertainment by Doug Mahard.
