Kyla Walgren Joins Peter Burwash International Staff
The tennis coach and player is entering the next phase of her tennis teaching career.

Tennis player and coach Kyla Walgren has entered into the next phase of her tennis teaching career by joining Peter Burwash International as its tennis professional for this summer’s season at Creigton Farms in Aldie, VA.
Walgren taught Ellington players for a year at Bloomfield Tennis Club, coaching them this past winter in the USTA Junior Team tennis league, and in this recently completed undefeated season with the Ellington High School girls tennis team.
She will serve as Crieghton’s tennis professional as it opens its new, Har-tru court tennis facility. Walgren will be in charge of overall tennis programming and instruction through October 31st at which time she will travel to Atlanta for a month of organizational training with Peter Burwash.
Prior to joining the Ellington tennis staff, Walgren worked with Jon Reichelt for six years at Bloomfield Tennis Club and for the 2012 summer season as the assistant tennis professional at Shuttle Meadows Country Club in Kensington.
Walgren is a graduate of Springfield College where she played on the tennis team for four years and served as its captain for three years.
