ELLINGTON, CT — An unidentified person is in critical condition at Hartford Hospital after a rollover crash early Friday morning in Ellington, Fire Chief Jack Rich said.The single-vehicle crash was reported at 12:13 a.m. in the area of 54 Meadow Brook Road.
