Ellington Taco Spot Gets Liquor Permit, Margaritas Planned

The Ellington taqueria says alcohol service is expected to begin this week.

ELLINGTON, CT — No Coast Taqueria in Ellington says it will begin serving alcohol this week after receiving a provisional restaurant liquor permit from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.

The restaurant at 12 Main Street announced the update on social media, saying it has installed a kegerator and will begin offering Off The Rails Brewing Co. Mexican lager, along with margaritas and spiked agua frescas.

A state liquor permit notice posted outside the restaurant lists Rory B. Williams as the permittee and No Coast LLC as the backer-owner. The notice was posted March 3 and lists April 14 as the deadline for objections.
