A regional supermarket chain has joined Frank Pepe's Pizzeria in a new business venture — canned tomatoes.

Pepe's in June announced it was marketing the tomatoes that make up the sauce for its famed pies. On Thursday, it was announced that Big Y World Class Markets will be carrying the product.

Pepe's officials are famous for how meticulous they are in choosing tomatoes, including a blind taste test with several different varietals every year.
