Michael Stamatopoulos, 28, of 120 Main St., Somers, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant on Main St. in Somers, 10:36 p.m.

David Krasinski, 38, of 150 Scully Rd., Somers, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to grant right of way, in connection with a DUI call on Florida Rd. in Somers, 8:12 p.m.
