Recent Arrests From State Police Troop C

Katelyn N. Martel, 23, of 11 Hillsdale Dr., Ellington, was charged with misuse of the emergency 911 system, interfering with an officer and failure to notify of change of address, in connection with a call on Windermere Village Rd. in Ellington, 6:11 a.m.

Joel W. Wilson, 38, of 426 Westford Hill Rd., Ashford, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant at Troop C in Tolland, 10:59 a.m.

Sept. 6

Mark R. Girard, 53, of 24 Wolcott Hill Rd., Wethersfield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive right, in connection with a DUI call on Route 190 in Somers, 6:26 p.m.
