Somers Yields Second Big Lottery Winner In 3 Days
For the second time since Tuesday, a CT Lottery scratch ticket bought in Somers paid out the top prize amount.
SOMERS, CT — A local resident cashed in the top prize in the CT Lottery's 30X Cash 7th Edition game, winning $30,000 on a lucky scratch ticket.
Robert Chunyk bought his winning ticket at the new Henny Penny store at 595 Main Street. He cashed in his prize Thursday.
Earlier in the week, another $30,000 winner in the same game was purchased at the Small Town Sunoco in Somersville.
