SOMERS, CT — Kevin Hill, 60, of south Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence and a cell phone violation on Four Bridges Road, according to an arrest report. He was stopped at 9:25 p.m. after a trooper saw him talking on his phone while driving, according to an arrest report.

STAFFORD/VERNON, CT — Jalel Hadj-Salem, 28, whose listed address is High Street in Vernon, was charged with threatening at 12:58 p.m., according to an incident report. He was being investigated for Facebook posts about he and an acquaintance going out "shooting" in "crowded places" like college classrooms and theaters, according to an arrest warrant.
MANSFIELD, CT — Jonathan Ocasio, 26, of Willimantic, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny at 2:53 p.m., according to an arrest report. He is accused of stealing items from the Mansfield Kohl's. according to an arrest report.
TOLLAND, CT — Alexander Garrison, 29, of Park Avenue, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening after an argument on Mountain Spring Road, according to an arrest report. He was charged at 7:58 p.m., according to an arrest report.

SOMERS, CT — Anthony Leon Grady, 37, an inmate at Osborn Correctional Institution, was charged with assaulting a public safety officer and medical personnel for incidents with a nurse, according to an arrest report. He is incarcerated in a medical unit at Osborn, an arrest report indicates.
SOMERS, CT — Autumn Dickson, 21, was charged with possessing narcotics and paraphernalia and disobeying a traffic signal at George Wood and Hall Hill roads, according to an arrest report. She was stopped for going through a blinking red light at 11:01 p.m., according to an arrest report.
