Enfield Resident Wins $20,000 On Scratch Ticket

ENFIELD, CT — An Enfield resident claimed a $20,000 lottery prize Friday, Oct. 9, on a scratch ticket sold in East Granby.

The winning 20X Cash 10th Edition ticket was purchased at Speedymart, 2 School St., according to the Connecticut Lottery's winners list.

The listing identifies the winner as an Enfield resident but does not provide a name. Oct. 9 is the claim date; the entry does not say when the ticket was purchased.

The lottery's winners list includes recently claimed prizes of $10,000 or more. Since Oct. 1, 2025, it has required written consent before publishing a winner's name.
