Are You a Chocoholic?

A chocoholic is a person who craves or compulsively consumes chocolate.

But you already knew that, didn’t you? Are you one of them? Are you a chocoholic?

It may not be your fault.

There is some medical evidence to support the existence of actual addiction to chocolate. In addition to sugar and fat, chocolate contains several substances that can make it feel “addictive.”

Even scientists who doubt the existence of true addiction agree that chocolate craving is real. And it seems that women are especially affected.

Recently, Amy, from Dr. Yanni’s office, showed her chocoholic tendencies. Even Dr. Yanni seems to be leaning towards being a chocoholic.

Donovan, Mia, Hayley, and Tanner also admitted their problems.
