• Bryant University's Class of 2019 celebrated the 156th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Tyler Burk of Enfield graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics. Burk joins a powerful network of more than 50,000 alumni who are inspired to excel and have distinguished themselves as leaders in their organizations and communities around the world.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• More than 1,250 Eastern Connecticut State University students received their diplomas in the 2018-19 academic year. Eastern's commencement ceremony occured May 21 at the XL Center in Hartford. Among the graduates were Enfield residents William Chevalier, Nicholas Ferracci, Caraline Gartrell, Nathaniel Lindo, Emily Miclon, Julia Pollano, Rachone Preston, Zachary Ritchie, Matthew Stroiney, Anna Taylor, John Taylor, Christian Thomas, Sarah Tremblay and Lauryn Wille.

Tunxis Community College, Farmington CT

• Tunxis Community College has announced Taylor Logan of Enfield qualified for the Dean’s List for the spring 2019 semester. Students enrolled in a certificate or degree program who have earned a semester grade point average of 3.4 or higher and have successfully completed 12 or more credits, or have earned 12 credits cumulatively over multiple semesters, are eligible for this academic honor.
