Catholic School Students Receive Special Blessing

Second and third grade students from St. Bernard School joined Little Angels Catholic Pre-School on Wednesday, Oct. 7 for a special blessing of their stuffed animals by Rev. John Melnick, pastor of Saint Bernard Church.

The blessing was in celebration of the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi.

After the blessing, students were read a story about the patron saint of animals, and shared classroom time together in the pre-school.
