Cheryl Anne Crowe, 64; Enfield Resident Who Enjoyed International Travel, Spending Time with Her Family

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cheryl Anne Crowe. Cheryl dedicated her life, as a social worker, to helping people with serious mental illness. She was 64.

Cheryl enjoyed traveling internationally with her husband; babysitting her grandsons; camping with her husband, sister, son, daughter-in-law and her grandsons and visiting her daughter and son-in-law in Cincinnati, OH. Cheryl was an avid reader who had a green thumb; she was a good cook, and a shopper extraordinaire. Cheryl, throughout her life, had great strength and personal courage to endure life’s challenges; she instilled in her children her strong sense of justice and deep caring for people.

Cheryl is survived by her mother Christine Crowe of Natick, MA; husband James Robinson of Enfield; daughter Erin Winstanley and her husband Scott Lyle of Cincinnati, OH; son Nathan Winstanley and his wife Kristin Winstanley of Waterbury; brother Lee Crowe and his wife Elizabeth Crowe of Franklin, MA; sister Debra Plugis and husband John Plugis of Natick, MA, and her grandsons Ethan and Brennan Winstanley of Waterbury.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Rd., Enfield. Her family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
