American International College, Springfield MA

  • American International College has named 610 students to the Dean's List for spring semester 2021, including seven from Enfield. They are Erin Chase, Alexandra Drexler, Aaliyah Ellison, Nadine Kabula, Jasmine Kopacz, Amber Ollari and Angela Rodrigues. Dean's List students are full time students who have achieved a 3.3 to 4.0 GPA.

  • Bryant University is pleased to recognize two students from Enfield who have been named to the President's List for the spring 2021 semester. They are Erica Lovering, class of 2021, and Caroline Williams, class of 2022. The President's List is an academic distinction reserved for Bryant's highest achievers who earn a GPA of 4.0 or better for at least 12 semester hours of work.
  • Bryant University is pleased to recognize Enfield students who have been named to the Deans' List for the spring 2021 semester. They are Erica Lovering, class of 2021; Caroline Williams, class of 2022; Sarah Ragnauth, class of 2022; Emily Marullo, class of 2023; Isabella Laramee, class of 2023; and Keegan Reim, class of 2024.

Clark University, Worcester MA

  • Clark University awarded 490 bachelor's degrees, 501 master's degrees and 10 doctorates during the University's 117th Commencement ceremonies. Hunter D. Lanson, of Enfield, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Culture and the Arts. David W. Hamilton, of Enfield, graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.

  • Emmanuel College has named Aurelie Barry of Enfield to the Dean's List for the spring 2021 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Gettysburg College, Gettysburg PA

  • Fiona Cheyney of Enfield has been placed on the Gettysburg College Dean's Honor list for outstanding academic achievement in the spring 2021 semester. Students with a quality point average of 3.60 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for a semester's work are placed on the College's Dean's Honor List.

Hofstra University, Hempstead NY

  • Hofstra University congratulates Elizabeth Hurlburt and Andrew Mesick, both of Enfield, who were named to the spring 2021 Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievement. Students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the semester to make the Dean's List.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY

  • Rochester Institute of Technology conferred more than 4,000 degrees at all of its campuses in the 2020-2021 academic year. Jordan Raisman of Enfield received a BS in biotechnology and molecular bioscience, and Sara Beth Banach of Enfield received a BFA in new media design.
  • Rochester Institute of Technology announces its spring 2021 Dean's List. Undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their GPA is greater than or equal to 3.40 for nine credit hours of traditionally graded coursework; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete," NE, D, or F; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours. Springfield College concluded its 2021 Commencement Weekend ceremonies with eight separate in-person ceremonies at Stagg Field on the Springfield College main campus, four on Saturday, May 15 and four on Sunday, May 16.

University of New Hampshire, Durham NH

  • Four students from Enfield have been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the spring 2021 semester. They are Hannah Smith, High Honors; Sara Prosinski, Highest Honors; Rachael Tweedlie, High Honors; and Nicole Marcotte, Highest Honors. Highest honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Students with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.

University of Saint Joseph, West Hartford CT

  • Whether undergraduate students earned their way to the University of Saint Joseph Dean's List for the spring 2021 semester remotely, online or on-campus in laboratory courses, they were awarded this academic achievement for having earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher for the semester, with no grade lower than a "B." Honorees from Enfield are Jocelyn Badeau, Taylor Bergin, Kumar Brown, Anthony Butler, Rachel Campanelli, Daemian Debidart, Marissa Demers, Nicole Larose, Brandon Lukacs, Jordan Miller and Pavelon Vang.

Western New England University, Springfield MA

  • On Sunday, May 16, Western New England University conferred degrees to over 160 graduates receiving masters, law, and doctorate degrees from its Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, and School of Law. Enfield graduates were Joshua J. Borowski, MSE in Mechanical Engineering; Jessica L. Callahan, Juris Doctor; Jaclyn M. Cronin, Juris Doctor; Anthony M. Paturso, Juris Doctor; Alyssa S. Pershan, LLM in Elder Law & Estate Planning; and Samantha H. Combs, MBA in General Business.
  • Western New England University's undergraduate commencement was held on Saturday, May 15. Over 480 students received degrees, including six from Enfield. They are Abrianna R. Duprey, BA in Psychology; Ethan L. Clarke, BSBA in Accounting; Andrew Stephen Dumesnil, Cum Laude with a BSBA in Accounting; Jeffrey D. Kilty, BSBA in Accounting; Michael R. Tweedlie, BSBA in Accounting; and Steven J. Rinaldi, Cum Laude with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester MA

  • A half-dozen undergraduates from Enfield were named to the spring 2021 Dean's List. Those students and their majors are Daniel Marsh, class of 2022, biomedical engineering; Taylor Nowak, class of 2022, mechanical engineering; Aaron Longo, class of 2023, robotics engineering; Abigail Barksdale, class of 2024, actuarial mathematics; Cameron Carlin, class of 2024, chemical engineering; and Vivian Vacharakupt, class of 2024, civil engineering. The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differs from most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.
