Democrats Endorse Full Slate Of Incumbents For Enfield Council, BOE
All six Democratic town councilors and the five Board of Education members were endorsed for re-election during a party caucus Wednesday.

ENFIELD, CT — Every Democrat currently holding positions on the Enfield Town Council and Board of Education was endorsed for re-election Wednesday during a caucus of the Enfield Democratic Town Committee at town hall.
The Democrats, who hold a 6-5 majority on the council and a 5-4 advantage on the school board, selected district councilors John Santanella, Matt Despard and Nick Hopkins to again bid for their seats. Newcomer Emily Hulevitch will challenge incumbent Republican Ken Nelson for his District 1 spot.
Mayor Bob Cressotti, Deputy Mayor Gina Cekala and longtime councilor Cindy Mangini were endorsed for re-election to their at-large posts. They will be joined in the at-large race by newcomer Chris Renaud.

All five Democratic Board of Education members are seeking to retain their seats: chair Tina LeBlanc, vice chair Scott Ryder, Dr. Gerald Calnen, Josh Hamre and Amanda Pickett.
Constable candidates are Mark Cekala, Daniel Golden, Bob LeMay and Zach Zannoni.
