Tuesday, April 18

Luis Pagan, 37, of Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 2:15 a.m.

Shannon McCain, 51, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:15 a.m.

Milan Patel, 41, of Agawam, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 4:02 p.m.

Wednesday, April 19

Edward Gerbutovich, 70, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:30 a.m.

Bernardo Otero, 36, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault, 3:42 p.m.

Angel Matos, 42, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), third-degree criminal mischief and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 4:20 p.m.

Albert Maldonado, 67, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 5:25 p.m.

Thursday, April 20

Erin Lally, 18, of Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and illegally taking a payment card, 2:54 a.m.
