Luerymi M. Rifas, 20, of 10 Chester St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 1:38 a.m.

Ronald J. Rumore, 60, of 13 Lincoln St., Apt. 4-D, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:06 a.m.
