Arnold S. Goldberg, 86, of 196 New Haven Ave., Derby, was charged with second-degree forgery, 10:29 a.m.

Dimitri L. Major, 43, of 99 Littleton St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, theft of plates, improper use of marker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 8:41 p.m.
Thursday, Aug. 20
Lauren C. Marie, 38, of 12 Franklin St., 3rd floor, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 10:41 a.m.
Matthew W. Austin, 39, of 12 Franklin St., 3rd floor, Enfield, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 11:35 a.m.
Lianna D. Bibiloni, 25, of 36-R Lounsery Ave., Waterbury, was charged with reckless driving and failure to slow or move over for emergency vehicle, 3:49 p.m.
