James T. Foley, 37, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, 7:53 p.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 25

Tomiese N. Mason, 34, of 82-B South Main St., East Windsor, was charged with violation of probation, 1:55 a.m.

Diane M. Borkosky, 47, of 24 Vernon Rd., Enfield, was charged on an extradition arrest, 9:04 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 26

Robert B. Looney, 69, of 36 Holmes Dr., Windsor, was charged with operating a drug factory, sale of a narcotic substance, use of drug paraphernalia and illegally operating a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 12:14 a.m.

Mark A. Thies, 31, of 568 Cooper St., Agawam, Mass., was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, 3:24 p.m.
