Friday, Aug. 28

Jonathan Ortiz-Bruno, 26, of 133 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 4:52 a.m.

Kaleigh E. Bertrand, 28, of 27-D Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 6:46 a.m.

Saturday, Aug. 29

Raymond C. Kulas, 33, of 86-A Tariff St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, 12:58 a.m.

Daniel E. Harmon, 21, of 111-A Pearl St. Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening and first-degree criminal trespass, 7:55 a.m.

Jasmine N. Epps, 22, of 111-A Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer and assault on public safety personnel, 8:34 a.m.

Robert J. Keeler, 74, of 163 Cottage Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, 7:02 p.m.

Thomas S. Golas, 27, of 31 Stardust Dr., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 30

William W. Jordan, 21, of 15 Neill Rd., Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, second-degree threatening, failure to drive in proper lane and unsafe backing, 2:28 a.m.

Robert J. Keeler, 74, of 163 Cottage Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, 9:45 a.m.

Matthew K. Russell, 48, of 216 Arnold Dr., East Hartford, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, failure to reinstate license after 60 days, unsafe passing, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to insure private motor vehicle and failure to drive in proper lane, 5:50 p.m.
