Monday, Aug. 31

Valentin Davila, 29, of 8 Carol Rd., West Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, operating under suspension, improper use of marker, failure to drive in proper lane and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 3:18 a.m.

Donald G. Raynor, 66, of 24 South St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 9:05 a.m.

Robert C. Jones, 28, of 80 Belden St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:31 p.m.
