Carlos E. Morales, 36, of 16 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance (two counts), 7:07 p.m.

Kenneth C. Scarborough, 24, of 4 Martin St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:07 p.m.

Brian D. Scarborough, 61, of 4 Martin St., Enfield, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 8:49 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 7

Robert E. Alaimo, 39, of 33 O'Hear Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:47 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 8

Cameron A. Browne, 23, of 31 Bernardino Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving and failure to obey traffic control signals, 5:54 a.m.

John M. Moran, 32, of 20 Debra St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order, 7:22 p.m.

Kevonna L. Norman, 29, of 18 Townley St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault, 7:56 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 9

Jonathan Ortiz-Bruno, 26, of 144 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 2:58 a.m.
