Wednesday, Aug. 9

Harold Skinner, 59, of Broad Brook, was charged with violating a protective order, 4:30 p.m.

Adrian A. Bachand, 22, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 3:29 p.m.
