Miguel Rivera, 47, of 729 High St., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child, illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, second-degree threatening and fourth-degree sexual assault, 1:13 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 11

Tyrone Lester, 43, of 17 Stanley Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:26 a.m.

Jason Ramos, 32, of 15 Conlin Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint, 2:40 a.m.

Joanna Ouellette, 27, of 75 Hurlbut St., Winsted, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 3:00 p.m.

Daniel Perez, 41, of 851 Park St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 6:00 p.m.

Andy Morales, 41, of 25 Pleasant St., Westfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 10:50 p.m.
