Bryan Fitzgerald, 30, of Fountain Hills, Pa., was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, 4:25 p.m.

Beverly A. Poynter, 31, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, drinking while driving and operating under suspension, 4:25 p.m.

Austin Hunt, 28, of Enfield, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, 7:35 a.m.
