Charlie D. Flores, 24, of Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and interfering with an officer, 1:30 a.m.

Ryan N. Borchers, 28, of Wales, Mass., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, 2:56 a.m.

Jazmine M. Santos, 24, of Bristol, was charged with reckless driving and illegally operating a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 8:31 p.m.
