Evan Wittmer, 44, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:35 a.m.

Alan Lanouette, 61, of Somers, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive in proper lane, 5:30 a.m.

Teddy Pacheco, 52, of Northampton, Mass., was charged with reckless driving, 8:41 a.m.

Edward Peets, 66, of Hampden, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 10:50 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 27

Krista Kuntz, 50, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 7:24 p.m.

Michael Philbrick, 40, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:30 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 28

Kosha Brown, 36, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree larceny and issuing a false statement (two counts), 6:02 p.m.

Guangzhuo Li, 51, of Jackson Heights, N.Y., was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 6:53 p.m.

Lisa McLoughlin, 42, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, 8:58 p.m.

Guang Li, 48, of Jackson Heights, N.Y., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, 11:01 p.m.
