Melissa Whitehead, 37, of 146 Meadowbrook Ln., Fitchburg, Mass., was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 6:10 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 19

Keith Harris, 60, of 240 Batchelor St., Granby, Mass., was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree larceny, 3:39 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 20

Raina T. Goding, 24, of 10 Lamson Dr., Somers, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:19 a.m.

Jason Quiles, 39, of 86 Tariff St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a victim under age 13, fourth-degree sexual assault of a victim under age 13, illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16 and risk of injury to a child, 1:29 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 21

Donald J. Langley Jr., 25, of 33 Nancy Dr., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 11:06 a.m.

Christina A. Cooley, 39, of 42 School St., Enfield, was charged with operating a commercial vehicle while under the influence, 2:11 p.m.

Russell S. Taylor, 49, of 152 Candlewood Dr., South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and speeding, 9:29 p.m.

David C. Newell, 23, of 200 West Rd., Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, 1:15 a.m.
