Monday, Feb. 28

Alexis Ramos, 26, of South Windsor, was charged with evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, 7:36 a.m.

Robert Gallagher, 44, of Ludlow, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer and violation of a protective order, 4:20 p.m.

Hannah Maylin, 25, of East Granby, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and operating under suspension, 6:42 p.m.

Eugene Stovall, 41, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive upon right and failure to reinstate license after 60 days, 9:19 p.m.

Elizabeth Bridges 23, of Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 9:41 p.m.

Tuesday, March 1

Jocelyn Aviles, 33, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, 8:15 p.m.

Saul Osvaldo-Ruiz, 21, of Enfield, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, disobeying signal of officer, illegally operating a motor vehicle in violation of license class and improper rear/marker lamps, 10:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 2

John Sanford, 31, of Milford, was charged with evading responsibility, failure to insure private motor vehicle and following too closely, 5:30 p.m.

Mercedes Roye, 29, of New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 3

Kelly Holt, 49, of Enfield, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and operating under suspension, 2:06 a.m.

William Rivera, 30, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 10:36 a.m.
