Tuesday, Feb. 4

Cynthia L. Wojcik, 50, of 5 Thomas St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree larceny and charging more than $500 on a revoked payment card, 5:54 a.m.

James J. Doucette, 46, of 4 Roseland Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and articles obstructing view, 11:12 a.m.

Jesse D. Rowland, 50, of 28-B Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening, 1:11 p.m.

Dominick A. Torres, 26, of 89 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with operating a commercial vehicle while under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, 2:35 p.m.

Teresa L. Harkins, 56, of 9 Woodside Park, Enfield, was charged with assault on public safety personnel, 7:27 p.m.

Nicholas P. Lafleur, 26, of 40 Armstrong Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 10:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 5

Sebastian Ross, 32, of 20 Hillside Terr., Ware, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 5:48 a.m.

Quintin C. Morris, 35, of 69 Buckingham St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, 5:49 a.m.

Joseph Schrum, 31, of 33 Barnam St., East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:10 a.m.

Jesse D. Rowland, 50, of 28-B Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, 7:11 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 6

Joey E. Clark, 57, of 182 Peck Ave., West Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:17 p.m.

Jayson F. Smith, 36, of 54 Woodycrest Dr., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 5:47 p.m.
